How long does it take to get the device?

We process the order fairly quickly; however if a device is a new launch or backordered, it can take longer. 


Do you offer eSIM digital activation for Telus EPP?

I don't have a work email, do I qualify for Telus EPP?

More most organizations, you don't need a work email to qualify.

What proof of employment do you need?

Aside from the work email, you can use work ID, Union Card, Paystub, a letter of employment etc.

What happens if I leave my employer? My new employer doesn't qualify for EPP!!

Your plan will stay as-is till your term is done.

After your term is finished, if you need a new device, you will need to switch to a current in-market non-EPP plan and get your new device.

When i port my number, do i have to call my existing provider to cancel?

No, please keep the account active. Provide the account number when you place to your dedicated rep, we will request the port for you.

Is there a contract?

Only when you get a device on Easy Payment from us. If you bring your own device, there is no contract.
